Irondale High School records requests

Education verification

To request an education verification please fax the request with the authorizing signature of the person you are requesting verification or email the same information. The request must include the student's legal name, date of birth, and enrollment years at Irondale High School. We do not do verifications over the phone.

Records request

If you are requesting records from another school district for enrollment purposes, please either email an official request to katherine.mcmahon@mvpschools.org or FAX 651-621-6844. If you need immediate assistance, please call 651-621-6813.

Change of address

If you have moved or are moving soon, please update us with your new contact information as soon as possible. Call 651-621-6813 with the name of your student, your new address, the date you moved and any new phone numbers.

Irondale High School diploma requests

Please send your request to irondale@mvpschools.org.  Please be sure include your date of birth, the year you graduated, how your name should appear on the diploma. If you have any questions, please call 651-621-6802.

There is a $15 fee (cash or check) for a replacement diploma.  If you only need verification of your graduation date, a transcript will work (see below).

I am a former IDHS Student (already graduated)

Transcript Request Form - ONLY FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE ALREADY GRADUATED

I am an IDHS Student in Grade 12

  • All transcript requests and letters of recommendation requests are processed through Naviance Student.
  • If your college application only requires a transcript - allow 1 week for it to be sent from the time your request has been received.
  • If your application requires a Dean Letter of Recommendation or Counselor Form allow 3 weeks for it to be sent from the time your request has been received.

I am an IDHS Student in Grade 9, Grade 10 or Grade 11

  • Transcript requests for Vehicle Insurance, PSEO, Scholarships, Summer Programs, NCAA, or Mid-year Reports
  • See Mrs. McFarlane in Student Services, or email katherine.mcmahon@mvpschools.org

Please allow up to 3 days for the transcript to be processed from the time your request was received.
